I. Air Force Football:
This is an introduction to football. Students learn the rules, positions, and create plays in order to successfully win points for their team. This fosters creativity and teamwork among students.
II. Indoor Soccer
Soccer played indoors. Students learn the basic footwork, passing, and shooting towards playing the game. Students are then broken into teams. Each team compete with each other in a healthy, positive, and safe way.
III. Off Road Vehicle Training
Students learn about the rules and regulations for driving off-road vehicles. A police officer comes into the class as a guest and provides students with the information and training that they need.
IV. Boater Safety
Students learn about the rules and regulations as well as safety considerations during boating or other water activities.
V. Golf
Students learn the basics of golf such as chipping, drives, and putting.
VI. Swimming
Students go into the pool and learn how to swim in a variety ways. Students are also introduced to games and activities that could be safely performed in a pool setting. Water Safety is a must when students are in the pool.

VII. Basketball
Students actively participate in small sided games. They learn how to dribble the ball, how to shoot a free throw, how to pass the ball in a variety of ways. Students also work in teams that play each other in scrimmage games.

VIII. Volleyball
Students actively play in teams. Students also learn volleyball basics such as the set, the spike, and the bump.
IX. Floor Hockey
Students learn how to play floor hockey. Stick handling, passing, and shooting are explained and thoroughly demonstrated to show students the proper way of playing floor hockey. Stick safety is greatly taken into consideration when students are playing.
X. Weight Training
Students use the weights provided in the second floor of the gymnasium. Teachers supervise the students while using weights so that they use the weights that they could effectively work with and not strain or injure themselves while working out.
XI. Fitness Training
Students use the treadmills and the bike machines in the second floor of the gymnasium. Students set their own times with teacher assistance while working with the machines to get the most out of their training.

XII. Ping Pong
Students learn how to play ping pong. Students use the ping pong tables in the second floor of the gymnasium. Students learn how to properly serve, return, and spike the ping pong during a game.
XIII. Track
Students learn different track games and activities. Students also run daily to improve their cardiovascular endurance.
