Eric Paradis

Welcome!

I am an assistant professor in the department of Physics & Astronomy at Eastern Michigan University.
My primary research interests lie within the field of experimental atomic physics and quantum information; exploring and characterizing the properties of highly-excited Rydberg atoms in extreme conditions. This involves a combination of experimental/laboratory and computational work, using light to probe and manipulate the electronic level structure of atoms. I also enjoy teaching in both classroom and laboratory settings.
