Self Assessment based on the ISTE National Educational Technology Standards (NETS) for Prospect

Hello, my name is Jennifer Theakston. This is a self assessment for my EDMT 330 (Educational Media & Technology) course at Eastern Michigan University. This assessement will show how I have achieved the ISTE educational technology standards for prospective teachers. In addition to those standards this assessment is based on NETS performance profiles for prospective teachers. As a future teacher is is my duty and responsibility to incorperate technology into my curriculum to ensure my students' learning and sucess as wll as supporting my own daily activities as an educator.

In this self assessment I will:

• state each standard,
• 2 or 3 indicators of achievement
• provide a reflection stating why I feel I have achiveved the standard and how,
• include an example work that demonstrates my achievement, and
• state an achivement level.
