Joe hails from the AA Pioneer Football Team where he was a wide receiver. Joe can often be seen making crazy cuts and spectacular catches on the field. When he's not doing that, he's usually confused and asking what's going on....kind of like Towely. Joe's height and lankiness gives him the frame to be a great player in the future.
