Password Generator
This is a simple tool for encrypting passwords.
It generates a line that can be copied and pasted into a .htpasswd file.
You can generate your own encrypted username/password pair and send it to the webmaster of the protected site you want access to.
This not only makes the site maintainer's job easier, but it keeps your password secret as well.
- Note: This tool should never be used to encrypt "important" passwords, such as your my.emich password.
Using your Hotmail password is okay.
